Creating a custom engagement ring is one of the most meaningful ways to celebrate your love. At Theadore + Co, we offer a tailored experience that’s as seamless as it is special—whether you visit us in person or connect with us online. Here’s what to expect when you design your dream ring with us.
Step 1: Begin with a Personal Consultation
Your journey starts with a one-on-one consultation, available in our Gold Coast or Sydney showroom—or virtually, if you're located elsewhere. During this appointment, your dedicated consultant will guide you through every detail: carat sizes, clarity grades, pricing, design inspiration, and special personalisations like birthstones or engravings.
Step 2: Finalise the Design and Secure with a Deposit
Once your design is finalised, a $500 deposit is all that’s needed to place your order. From there, our team will create and share renders so you can visualise the finished piece. Once approved, we move straight into the crafting phase.
Step 3: Sourcing & Crafting Your Ring
Our jewellers bring your vision to life, crafting your ring with precision and high-quality and ethically sourced diamonds. This part of the process typically takes between 3 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
Step 5: Pickup or Delivery
Packaged up in our classic ring box, you can choose to collect your ring from one of our showrooms or have it delivered securely to your postal address.
Step 6: The Proposal & Ever After
This part, we leave in your capable hands. A ring designed with love, now ready to begin a lifetime of it.
