• Engagement rings & wedding bands

All of our engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order, just for you, and will require 3-12 weeks to create. This production process does not include shipping timeframes and is subject to change. We recommend allowing plenty of time prior to place your order to ensure a calm and seamless experience.

All of our Ready To Wear pieces are ready-made and will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

We work closely with all of our local and international clients via email, phone, virtual appointments and in-house studio appointments. You can book to visit our studio here.

Yes we proudly deliver worldwide.

We offer the option to collect your ring from our showroom on Thursday or Friday between 9am and 3pm.

All engagement rings and wedding bands are fully insured whilst in transit. Every order sent with a courier is required to have a signature upon delivery, and you will be responsible for signing for the receipt of your package. Once the piece is signed for, it is no longer considered in transit and is therefore no longer insured.

Insurance is not included within the purchase price of a THEADORE + CO. ring, however we are affiliated with Q Report Insurance and we recommend contacting them directly to insure your ring post purchase. They can be contacted here.

You are welcome to visit our showroom so that we are able to accurately measure your ring size - Book an appointment here. 

If you're unable to visit our studio, we recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your ring size determined or alternatively, use our ring size guide here.

Yes we can arrange for your ring to be resized if required. Please contact us for more information.

We highly recommend visiting your nearest jeweller in order to determine your ring size. We also have a ring size guide which you can refer to, prior to placing your order. We always do our best to provide assistance and advice in obtaining yours or your partners size. Please get in touch to talk to our customer consultant for more information.

If THEADORE + CO. is at fault and didn't make your ring exactly to order, then we will of course cover all costs to rectify the issue and we will arrange for your ring to get resized at our studio.

For Engagement Rings + Wedding Bands:

As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly purchased items.

For all other items including Pendants + Bracelets:

We are able to accept returns of select items within our collection (excluding earrings, engagement rings + wedding bands). Please contact us at hello@theadoreandco.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to initiate the return.

Once your return has been confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if located in Australia or 21 days if located overseas. Items must be in their original condition and must not be worn, altered or have come into contact with any perfumes, sulphur, cosmetic products or chlorine. 

Return postage and any custom/import taxes is at the buyers expense. If import taxes and duties are required to be paid for Theadore + Co. to receive your return, these will be deducted from your refund or credit note. These can be deducted off your return in most cases.

Quality and integrity are of the utmost importance to Theadore + Co.

All Theadore + Co. engagement rings and wedding bands come with a 2-year warranty from the date of completion.

Our 2 year warranty covers your ring/s under normal wear. If the ring is noticeably bent, damaged, or shows sign of improper care upon inspection, we will repair the ring at a cost.

If a manufacturing issue is found, Theadore + Co. will repair the damage without charge and cover the relevant shipping charges. If you require assistance related to damage, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@theadoreandco.com. We will advise the recommended steps and requirements for a repair and will always assist with any repair that is required.

Lost, damaged, or chipped diamonds and stones are not covered under our warranty. For the very unlikely event of your focal stone falling out or becoming damaged, we will provide you with a replacement Moissanite stone without charge.

We always recommend the purchase of an independent insurance for your Theadore + Co. ring. This will cover anything outside of our warranty and protect you for accidents or circumstances out of your control.

We offer various traditional methods of payment via our online store. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

We offer our customers the option to pay in full or alternatively, we accept a $500 deposit to start your dream ring, with the balance being charged upon completion.*

Should you choose to pay a deposit and default on balance payment, we will attempt to contact you up to 3 times. After this time, the ring is in possession of Theadore + Co. and will be sold at their discretion.

*Our $500 deposit does not apply to Lab-Grown Diamonds.
