Book an Appointment
The first step to designing your dream ring begins with a scheduled appointment with one of our expert jewellery consultants. Each appointment is exclusive and one-on-one, allowing us to offer you a personalised experience. During your visit, you can view a wide range of our collection as our consultants guide you through various styles and explain the 4Cs; cut, carat, colour and clarity, to help you understand what makes each diamond unique.
Once you’ve identified the elements you love, we’ll provide a detailed quote based on your selections. At this stage, we’ll also confirm important details such as ring size, customisations, engravings and estimated timelines.
Made to Order
After finalising your design, a $500 deposit is all it takes to begin crafting your piece. We’ll create a 3D render of your ring for approval before production begins.
Our standard turnaround time is 6–12 weeks, as every piece is made to order with exceptional care.
For those working to a tighter schedule, we also offer a priority service for an additional fee.
Completion
Throughout the creation of your ring, our team will remain in touch, keeping you informed at each stage. Once your piece is complete, we will contact you to arrange collection from your chosen showroom, or organise secure shipping directly to you. The remaining balance is payable upon completion.
From here, your story continues. It’s our greatest privilege to craft a piece that marks the beginning of forever. When the time comes to find your wedding bands, we’ll be here to help you complete your set.
