Colour
The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grades diamonds on a scale from D (colourless) to Z (light yellow or brown). Diamonds in the D to F range are considered exceptionally rare and valuable due to their lack of colour, allowing them to reflect light with unparalleled brilliance. At Theadore + Co., we only offer cultured Moissanite stones that are colour graded D, and Lab Grown Diamonds that are colour graded D/E/F, to give you that diamond-like effect.
Cut
The cut of a stone is like its personality - it determines how it interacts with light and how it captivates the eye. The more noticeable they are, the lower the diamond will be graded. At the top of the scale, though not at the very top, are VVS1 diamonds. Theadore + Co., source VVS1/VVS2 clarity moissanite and lab grown diamonds as they are considered to have excellent clarity.
Carat
