1. Book a Private Appointment
Your journey begins with a private appointment with one of our expert ring consultants.
This is your opportunity to try on different styles, explore diamond shapes, settings and metals, and ask as many questions as you like. Whether you already have a clear vision or have no idea where to begin, our team will guide you through the options and help you design a ring that is uniquely yours.
2. Approve Your Design
Once you’re happy with your initial design, a minimum deposit of $500 secures your order and allows us to begin bringing your ring to life.
At this stage, we’ll confirm the key details of your design, from your preferred diamond shape and size to your setting, band and metal.
3. Your CAD Design
Before your ring goes into production, our team will create a detailed CAD render of your design.
This digital 3D render allows you to see how your finished ring will look before it is made. You’ll have the opportunity to review your design, request any changes and approve the final details before we move into production.
4. Diamond Selection
Next, we source the stone for your ring.
We specialise in high-quality lab-grown diamonds and moissanite, with our team carefully sourcing options based on your preferred shape, carat size, colour, clarity and budget.
We’ll help you understand the different qualities of each stone so you can confidently choose the one that feels right for your ring.
5. Your Ring Goes Into Production
Once your design and stone have been approved, your ring is ready to be made.
Our standard production timeframe allows our jewellers the time required to carefully create and finish your piece. If you’re working towards a tighter deadline, priority production may also be available for an additional fee.
Your consultant will confirm your expected timeframe before production begins, so you know exactly when to expect your ring.
6. Quality Control & Certification
Before your ring reaches you, it undergoes a thorough quality control process to ensure every detail meets our standards.
Our lab-grown diamonds are independently certified through the International Gemological Institute (IGI), providing details of your diamond’s characteristics and quality.
7. The Best Part - Collection
Once your ring has passed its final quality checks, it’s ready for collection.
Your remaining balance will be finalised, and you’ll finally get to see the piece you designed brought to life.
