We loved welcoming Sophie and Sam to our Gold Coast showroom to choose their wedding bands for their special day. Sophie (@sophiejaynemiller), an Australian content creator, is known for her inspiring wellness journey, sharing healthy recipes, her matcha brand Matcha Lane, a love of reading, and an active lifestyle. The couple tied the knot in the beautiful Byron Bay hinterland at the Fig Tree Restaurant.
The Process
We asked Sophie about her experience designing their wedding bands with us — here’s what she had to say:
“I had a band similar to this pinned on Pinterest since we got engaged. We went to a few different stores to try on that style, but I didn’t think it suited my hand at all. I was also told that if I wanted to go with that style, I’d need a divider ring, which I wasn’t a massive fan of.
We were then invited to visit @theadoreandco, and the amazing team helped me create a custom design that sits perfectly flush under my engagement ring and fits my finger comfortably. We also had our wedding date engraved inside both of our rings, which makes them feel even more special and personal.”
Their Forever Pieces
Sophie chose our large oval pavé wedding band, set with lab-grown diamonds, to perfectly complement her oval engagement ring. Sam opted for our classic 5.5mm round band in brushed 9k yellow gold.
